How to Choose a Size
Finding the perfect fit for your pup is simple! Follow these two easy steps to ensure your dog is comfortable in their new Step-In Harness:
- Measure the Chest: Use a soft tape measure to find the circumference of your dog's chest at its widest point.
- Check the Weight: Use your dog's current weight to cross-reference our size chart and confirm the best fit.

Care Instructions & Materials
How to Wear
- Step-In: Lay the harness flat and have your dog step their front paws into the leg openings.
- Secure: Pull the sides up and fasten the Velcro closure over the shoulders.
- Buckle: Click the safety buckle into place and attach your leash to the D-ring.
- Go for a walk and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe the rose gold hardware with a soft cloth to keep it sparkling.
- Washing: Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. For machine washing, use a mesh bag and a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Air dry only. High heat from a dryer can damage the Velcro and hardware.
- Safety First: Regularly check that the Velcro is free of lint to ensure the most secure possible hold.

FAQ
Why is the D-ring on the front?
The front-clip design is specifically engineered to help stop pulling. When your dog pulls, the leash placement gently pivots them back toward you, making it much easier to correct their behavior during training.
Is it really escape-resistant?
Yes! By using both a wide Velcro strap and a secondary buckle, the harness provides a snug, tailored fit that is very difficult for dogs to back out of compared to standard single-clip harnesses.
Will the rose gold finish fade?
We use a high-quality plating process, but like all jewelry-grade finishes, we recommend avoiding salt water and harsh chemicals to keep it looking pristine for years.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
