How to Choose a Size
Finding the perfect fit for your pup is simple! Follow these two easy steps to ensure your dog is comfortable in their new Step-In Harness:
- Measure the Chest: Use a soft tape measure to find the circumference of your dog's chest at its widest point.
- Check the Weight: Use your dog's current weight to cross-reference our size chart and confirm the best fit.

How to Use & Fit
- Cool Down: For hot days, soak the harness in cold water and wring out the excess before putting it on.
- Step-In: Have your dog step their front paws into the harness openings.
- Secure: Pull the sides up, fasten the Velcro, and click the buckle into place.
- Sizing Note: This series runs slightly larger than the Soho series. If your pup is between sizes, we recommend sizing down for the best fit.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Rinse with fresh water after trips to the beach to remove salt and sand.
- Washing: Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag.
- Drying: Air dry only. High heat from a dryer can damage the cooling mesh fibers and the Velcro.
- Safety First: Regularly check that the Velcro is clear of fur and debris to ensure a strong hold.

How does the cooling effect work?
The mesh is designed to hold water without feeling heavy. As the water evaporates, it naturally draws heat away from your dog's body, providing a consistent cooling sensation during your walk.
Can I use this for swimming?
Absolutely! This harness is water-friendly and quick-drying. Just remember to rinse it with fresh water afterward if your pup has been in a chlorinated pool or the ocean.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
