How to Choose a Harness Size
To ensure your pup stays secure and comfortable, please take these two key measurements using a soft tape measure:
- Measure the Girth (Chest): Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog's ribcage.
- Measure the Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar typically sits.

How to Wear

- Fine-Tune: Use the sliders to ensure a snug fit—you should be able to fit two fingers between the harness and your dog.

Cleaning & Maintenance

- Hand Wash: For deeper cleans, hand wash in cold water with a mild, pet-safe detergent.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the breathable mesh and fade the vibrant prints.

FAQ
Will this stop my dog from pulling?
While this is not a training "no-pull" harness with a front-clip, the ergonomic design helps manage pulling by distributing pressure away from the throat, making walks much more comfortable for your dog.
Is it suitable for puppies?
Yes! The adjustable straps make it a great choice for growing pups. Just be sure to measure their girth frequently as they grow to ensure the fit remains safe.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring your dog's neck and the widest part of their chest. If your dog falls between sizes, it is generally best to size up for comfort!
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
