Please note that our supplements are natural herbal remedies, and that they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support the body's function and, as pure plant extracts, need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will credit your account for any sealed/unused products if they meet the return policy requirements. Please note that opened/used items are not eligible for a refund.
Items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of whether they are sealed.
Details of refund for food items:
Because our food items are made with fresh, natural ingredients and are intended to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for pets, all food products are considered final sale - not eligible for returns or refunds.
Details of refund for supplements:
- We do not issue refunds for supplements that are not returned or for supplements returned more than 60 days after the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable; please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100, but if a product is being returned, this does not apply, and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted. Please be advised that we do not provide a return label. Consequently, any costs related to return shipping must be borne by the client.
- If you are not satisfied with any apparel or accessories, you may return them within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
- Food items, blankets, toys, and individual poop bag rolls are final sale and can’t be returned.
- Returns require an authorization number for processing. To receive the authorization number, please send an email to: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
To request a full refund of supplements (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of purchase:
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing us at returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com. No refunds will be issued without this authorization number. In your email, please state which products you wish to return and confirm that all bottles are sealed.
- Please include your Order ID number in the message.
- We will email your Return Authorization Number along with detailed instructions for your return.
- Please write the Return Authorization Number #RA on your invoice and on the front of the shipping box (not the product box) so the warehouse can match your return request.
- Mail all the sealed products with a copy of the invoice. Please ensure the product is packed securely and use any courier service with tracking information to confirm delivery at the returns facility.
- Please return the products to our warehouse within 14 days of issuing the Return Authorization number.
Details of refund for apparel and accessories:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
- Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number #RA for processing. For the authorization number, please email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com.

If you are close to the area, you may also drop off the products at our office.
Please understand that processing your return takes time. Your credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days from the date that the product arrives in our warehouse.
When this process is complete, we will issue the refund. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5-7 business days to post to your account.
*RETURNS WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES ARE NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
PLEASE NOTE:
All shipping charges related to the return process are the customer’s responsibility. Any returns received without pre-paid freight will not be eligible for a refund.
Products not returned to our warehouse within 14 days of issuance of the return authorization number will not be eligible for a refund.
*A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of supplements.
**Service items, including Nutrition Plans and Veterinary Consults, are not eligible for a refund.
***Return to sender items (in which carriers were unable to deliver) are not eligible for refund.
****Promotional Items and Sale items do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
*****Resellers and Third-Party Marketplaces: The 60-day policy applies only to orders placed directly through www.nhvnaturalpets.ca. For orders placed through a third-party reseller, please contact the reseller directly.
******Pet apparel and food items: Please note that, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls. All food products are final sale.
