- Orders placed before 8:30 a.m. PST (depending on carrier pickup times) ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays - these orders ship the next business day.
- If holidays or unexpected delays arise, we will keep you updated in the Terms & Conditions section at checkout.

- Pet parents in Canada receive free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Typical delivery window: 4-15 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery may take longer for remote regions or for areas farther from our Vancouver facility.
