How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
To ensure your pup is comfortable and secure, please take this key measurement using a soft tape measure:
- Chest Measurement: Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's ribcage. Use this measurement to find the best fit in the chart below.

How to Wear
- Open: Unbuckle the harness and lay it flat on the floor.
- Step In: Place your dog’s front paws into the two leg openings.
- Secure: Pull the harness up and click the safety buckle shut over the shoulder blades.
- Go for a stroll and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe the exterior fabric with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt.
- Hand Wash: For a deeper clean, hand wash in cold water with a mild, pet-safe detergent.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the mesh fibers and fade the boutique prints.
- Safety First: Regularly check the D-rings and buckle for any signs of wear to ensure continued security.

FAQ
Is this harness good for dogs that pull?
Yes! The step-in design helps distribute pressure across the chest rather than the throat, making it a much healthier option for dogs that have a tendency to pull on the leash.
What size should I get for a puppy?
We recommend measuring your puppy's girth (the widest part of their chest) and comparing it to our size chart. If they are between sizes, it's often best to size up to allow for growth!
Is it easy to take off?
Absolutely. The single quick-release buckle on the back makes it just as easy to take off as it is to put on, even with one hand.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
