How to Choose a Size
To ensure a comfortable fit for your pup, follow these steps to find the right size using a soft measuring tape:
- Measure the Girth: Wrap the tape measure around the chest, directly behind the front legs.
- Measure the Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar typically sits.

How to Measure & Fit
- Measure: Use a soft measuring tape to check the girth at the chest, directly behind the front legs.
- Step-In: Lay the harness flat on the floor and have your dog step their front paws into the openings.
- Secure: Pull the sides up and fasten the velcro over the shoulders.
- Double Check: Ensure you can fit two fingers comfortably between the harness and your dog's skin before heading out.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Spot clean with a damp cloth to remove light dust or fur.
- Machine Wash: Place in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Drying: Lay flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the Ultra Suede and Swarovski crystals.
- Safety First: Regularly check the velcro for lint or debris to ensure the strongest possible hold.

FAQ
Is the Ultra Suede durable?
Yes! Ultra Suede is known for being extremely rugged despite its soft feel. It resists fraying and pilling, making it an excellent choice for a harness that will last for years.
Will the crystals fall off in the wash?
While the crystals are securely attached, we always recommend using a mesh laundry bag and a gentle cycle to prevent them from rubbing against the machine drum.
What if my dog is between sizes?
Because of the velcro adjustability, there is a bit of flexibility. We generally recommend sizing up if your dog is at the very top of a girth measurement to ensure maximum velcro contact.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
