Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Care: Wipe off any excess slobber with a dry cloth after playtime.
Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth and mild soap for any muddy spots; air dry only. Do not machine wash to protect the internal squeaker.
Safety First: Regularly check for any small holes and replace the toy if it starts to lose its “roundness” or stuffing.

FAQ

Is it okay for aggressive chewers?

The Ball Face is a plush toy designed for fetching and gentle squeaking. If your dog is a “shredder” who loves to de-stuff, we recommend supervised play only!

Does it bounce on carpet?

While it doesn’t have the high bounce of a rubber ball, its round shape allows it to roll and “hop” across carpeted surfaces easily.

Can I throw this in the washing machine?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Machine washing can sometimes cause the internal squeaker to stop working or the stuffing to bunch up.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.

We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.

NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Details of refund for sealed items:

The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
