How to Play
- The Tumble: Roll the ball toward your cat to encourage them to catch and wrestle it.
- The Flick: Flick the feathers to start a high-speed chase across the floor.
- The Carry: Watch your cat “hunt” and carry the toy by its feathers to their favorite hiding spot.
- Go for a pounce and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Gently fluff the feathers after play to keep them looking “flight-ready.”
- Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth on the ball portion; avoid getting the feathers wet to preserve their texture.
- Safety First: Regularly check that the feathers are securely attached and replace the toy if it’s been wrestled a little too hard.

Are the feathers safe?
Yes! We use pet-safe feathers; however, we always recommend supervised play to ensure your kitty doesn’t try to snack on them.
Is it big enough for a large cat?
Absolutely! The ball is sized perfectly for cats to wrap their paws around for a “bunny kick,” making it great for both kittens and large adults.
Does it have a bell inside?
The Tussle Ball is designed for “silent hunting,” relying on movement and texture to keep your cat engaged—perfect for stealthy night-time play!
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
- All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number, please email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
