How to Play
- The Flick: Flick the ball with your finger to send it zipping across the floor for a high-speed chase.
- The Air-Bat: Toss the ball gently into the air to let your cat practice their “jumping catch” skills.
- The Hide-and-Seek: Roll the ball into an empty box or tunnel to create an interactive “cave hunt.”
- Go for a pounce and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Gently smooth out the feathers after play to keep them looking fresh.
- Spot Clean: Use a dry or slightly damp cloth for the ball portion. Avoid getting the feathers wet to maintain their “fluff-ability.”
- Safety First: Like all feather toys, we recommend supervised play. Replace the toy if the feathers become significantly worn or detached.

Does it make a sound?
This toy is designed for quiet, stealthy play. It doesn’t have a bell, so it relies on the flutter of the feathers and the roll of the ball to catch your cat’s attention.
Is it safe for kittens?
Yes! It is lightweight and soft, making it a “paw-some” first hunting toy for growing kittens.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
