Care Instructions & Materials
How to Play
- Launch into Orbit: Flick the Space Mouse across the floor to start a high-speed chase.
- The Moon Crater Hunt: Hide the mouse behind furniture or inside a tunnel for some “alien” hide-and-seek.
- Zero-G Batting: Use the tail to dangle the toy above your cat to encourage jumping and batting.
- Go for a pounce and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Shake the toy to reactivate the catnip scent and remove any loose fur.
- Spot Clean: Use a damp cloth for any messy spots; air dry only. Do not machine wash to protect the catnip inside.
- Safety First: Regularly check for any loose seams or small bits and replace the toy if it’s been through too many “re-entries” with an aggressive hunter.
FAQ
Is it big enough for large cats?
Yes! It’s designed to be easily swatted by kittens but large enough for breeds like Maine Coons to wrestle and bunny-kick.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
