How to Use

Attach: Depress the spring gate on the bolt snap and clip it securely to your dog’s collar or harness D-ring.
Grip: Hold the handle loop firmly. For extra control, you can comfortably "shorten" the leash by gripping the braid directly.
Check: Ensure the swivel is moving freely to prevent the leash from tangling during your walk.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Routine Care: Wipe the leash with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt or mud after a walk.
Hand Wash: If the leash becomes heavily soiled, hand wash in cool water with a mild, pet-safe detergent.
Drying: Air dry only. Lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine dry, as high heat can damage the fibers and weaken the hardware.
Safety First: Regularly inspect the braid and the bolt snap for any signs of wear or fraying to ensure continued safety.

Our soft-braided blend is designed to be lightweight. While it can absorb some water during a heavy rain, it remains easy to handle and dries relatively quickly compared to thick cotton ropes.

Will the braid unravel if my dog chews it?

While the braid is tightly woven and very strong, no leash is "chew-proof." We recommend using this as a walking tool and not allowing your dog to chew on the fibers during downtime.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.

We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.

NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Details of refund for sealed items:

The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
