How to Use
- Fetch: Use the firm wings or body to launch the goose for your dog to retrieve.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt or dried saliva after play.
- Hand Wash: If the toy becomes heavily soiled, hand wash in cool water with a mild, pet-safe soap.
- Drying: Air dry only. Lay flat in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine dry, as high heat can damage the canvas fibers and the internal squeaker.
- Safety First: This is a toy, not a food item. Regularly inspect the seams and canvas for any signs of wear; remove the toy if it becomes torn or if the filling becomes exposed.

FAQ
Is this toy suitable for aggressive chewers?
While canvas is significantly tougher than standard plush, it is not "indestructible." We recommend this toy for interactive fetch and carrying, but it should be supervised for dogs that like to focus on tearing seams.
Does the squeaker work if it gets wet?
Yes, the squeaker is protected within the canvas and filling. However, if the toy becomes soaked, it may sound muffled until it is completely air-dried.
Is it safe for puppies?
Absolutely. The natural canvas texture is excellent for teething puppies, providing a firm surface that is much gentler than hard rubber but tougher than soft fluff.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
