How to Use
- Tug: Use the rubber ring as a handle for a balanced game of tug-of-war.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe the rubber ring and canvas body with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and dried saliva.
- Hand Wash: If the toy becomes heavily soiled, hand wash in cool water with a mild, pet-safe soap. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drying: Air dry only. Lay flat in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine dry, as high heat can damage the rubber ring and shrink the canvas fibers.
- Safety First: Regularly inspect the rubber ring and the canvas seams for any signs of wear. Remove the toy if it becomes torn or if the ring shows signs of cracking.

FAQ
Is the ring hard or flexible?
The natural rubber ring is firm enough to provide a satisfying resistance for chewers but has just enough "give" to be comfortable for interactive tugging sessions.
Can my dog destroy the canvas?
While reinforced canvas is significantly tougher than standard plush, it is not "indestructible." We recommend this toy for interactive play and carrying, but it should be supervised for dogs that are determined chewers.
Is it safe for large breeds?
Absolutely. The Ox is built with a substantial weight and reinforced seams, making it a great choice for medium and large breeds who play with enthusiasm.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
