How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
To ensure your pup is comfortable and secure, please take these two key measurements using a soft tape measure:
- Back Measurement: This is the most important measurement! Measure from the base of the neck (between the withers) to the base of the tail.
- Girth Measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's chest, typically just behind the front legs.

How to Wear & Fit
- Position: Lay the coat over your dog's back with the sherpa side down.
- Secure Neck: Fasten the Velcro strap comfortably around the front of the neck.
- Secure Chest: Wrap the belly strap under the chest and secure the Velcro on the side.
- Double Check: Ensure the coat is snug but allows your dog to move freely. Go for a stroll and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Use a lint roller or damp cloth to remove loose fur from the tweed and sherpa surfaces.
- Washing: Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend using a laundry bag to prevent the Velcro from snagging the tweed.
- Drying: Air dry only. Lay flat to maintain the coat's structured shape. High heat from a dryer can damage the sherpa lining and cause the tweed to shrink.
- Safety First: Regularly check that the Velcro straps are clear of debris to ensure a strong and secure hold.

FAQ
Is this coat waterproof?
The tweed material is naturally water-resistant against light mist and snow. For heavy downpours, we recommend a dedicated raincoat, as the sherpa lining can absorb water if fully submerged.
Will it fit a broad-chested dog?
Yes! The wrap-around design and adjustable Velcro chest strap provide more flexibility for broad-chested breeds (like Bulldogs or Pugs) compared to coats with fixed leg holes.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your dog is between sizes, it is usually best to size up to ensure full coverage of the back.

Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
