How to Use
- Spread & Fill: Apply soft treats like pumpkin or yogurt to one side and kibble or small treats to the other.
- Serve: Place the tray on a flat surface and let your dog explore the textures.
- Freeze: For a longer challenge, freeze the tray after loading to keep them occupied for 15-20 minutes.
- Supervise: Always watch your pet when introducing a new enrichment tray to ensure they don't attempt to chew the edges.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Rinse with warm water immediately after use to prevent food from drying in the crevices.
- Dishwasher Safe: This tray is top-rack dishwasher safe for easy and thorough sanitizing.
- Deep Clean: For sticky residue like peanut butter, use a soft-bristled brush and mild dish soap to clear the textured pattern.
FAQ
Why the Yin Yang design?
The design isn't just aesthetic! One half features deeper wells for food pieces, while the other has shallower ridges for licking, offering a truly balanced sensory experience.
Can this be used for flat-faced breeds?
Yes! Because this is a shallow tray rather than a deep bowl, it is much easier and more comfortable for brachycephalic breeds (like Pugs and Bulldogs) to access their food.
Is this tray chew-proof?
This is a slow feeder tray, not a chew toy. While it is made of durable industrial material, we recommend removing the tray once your pet has finished their meal.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
