How to Use
- Spread: Apply dry, wet, or canned food across the sunflower design.
- Serve: Place the tray on a flat surface and let your dog enjoy the challenge.
- Freeze: For an extra challenge, freeze the tray after spreading the food to make it last longer.
- Supervise: Always supervise your pet when introducing a new enrichment toy.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Rinse with warm water immediately after use to prevent food from drying in the crevices.
- Dishwasher Safe: This tray is top-rack dishwasher safe for easy and thorough sanitizing.
- Hand Wash: For sticky residue, use a soft brush and mild dish soap to clear the textured patterns.
FAQ
Is this tray suitable for large dogs?
Yes! The size and depth of the Sunflower design are suitable for dogs of all sizes. For very large breeds, it works great as a snack tray or a supplemental enrichment tool.
Is this a chew toy?
No. While durable, this is a licking and feeding tray. If your dog begins to chew on the tray, we recommend removing it once they have finished their meal.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
