How to Use
- Load: Fill with dry kibble, or spread wet food, peanut butter, or yogurt across the patterns.
- Serve: Place on a flat surface and let your dog "forage" for their meal.
- Freeze: For an extra-long challenge, freeze the tray after loading to keep them busy for 20+ minutes.
- Supervise: Always watch your pet when introducing a new enrichment tray to ensure they don't attempt to chew the edges.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Rinse with warm water immediately after use to prevent food from drying in the intricate pattern.
- Dishwasher Safe: This tray is top-rack dishwasher safe for easy and thorough sanitizing.
- Deep Clean: For sticky residue like peanut butter, use a soft-bristled brush and mild dish soap to clear the textured pattern.

Is this tray chew-proof?
This is a slow feeder tray, not a chew toy. While it is made of durable industrial material, we recommend removing the tray once your pet has finished their meal.
Can I use this for puppies?
Absolutely! It's a fantastic way to keep puppies occupied and help them develop healthy eating habits from a young age.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
