How to Measure Your Pet for the Perfect Fit
Finding the right collar size is essential for your pet’s safety and comfort. Follow these simple steps:
Measure the Neck: Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the base of your pet’s neck where the collar normally sits.
The Two-Finger Rule: Ensure the tape is snug but not tight. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the measuring tape and your pet’s neck.
Add for Length: Since our collars are measured from end to end, take your pet’s neck measurement and add two inches to find the correct collar size.
Example: If your cat’s neck is 10", a 12" collar would be the ideal fit.

How to Use
- Fit Check: Place the collar around your cat’s neck and fasten the buckle.
- The One-Finger Rule: For cats, ensure you can fit one finger comfortably between the collar and the neck to prevent snagging while ensuring it stays secure.
- Hardware Check: Regularly ensure the buckle and D-ring are clear of any debris or loose fur.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth to remove surface oils and dust.
- Leather Care: Occasionally use a leather conditioner to keep the Italian leather supple and prevent cracking over time.
- Avoid Water: To preserve the finish of the leather and the turquoise accents, avoid submerging the collar in water. If it gets wet, pat dry immediately with a soft towel.

This is a traditional buckle collar. It is recommended for supervised wear or for cats who are accustomed to leather buckle designs.
Will the turquoise accents fall off?
No, each accent is hand-set and reinforced with industrial stitching to ensure they stay securely attached even with active cats.

Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
