How to Measure Your Pet for the Perfect Fit
Finding the right collar size is essential for your pet’s safety and comfort. Follow these simple steps:
Measure the Neck: Use a soft measuring tape to measure around the base of your pet’s neck where the collar normally sits.
The Two-Finger Rule: Ensure the tape is snug but not tight. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the measuring tape and your pet’s neck.
Add for Length: Since our collars are measured from end to end, take your pet’s neck measurement and add two inches to find the correct collar size.
Example: If your cat’s neck is 8", a 10" collar would be the ideal fit.

Where is this collar made?
Each collar is meticulously handmade by RN Designs in the USA using imported Italian leather.
How do I choose the right size?
Our cat collars are measured end-to-end. For a 10" collar, your cat’s neck should measure approximately 8". Always add two inches to the neck measurement.
What is the “Black / Blue Zircon” mix?
This refers to the specific combination of deep obsidian black and vibrant Zircon blue crystals, arranged in a double row for maximum sparkle.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
- All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number, please email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
