How to Use
- Fit: Adjust the slide so you can fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck.
- Security: Ensure the buckle is fully snapped and the "D-ring" is accessible for leash attachment.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Cleaning: Simply wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt.
- Deep Clean: For heavy mud or salt water, rinse with warm water and a drop of mild dish soap.
- No Machine Wash: There is no need for a washing machine—these collars are designed for a 5-second hand wash.
- Dry Time: Pat dry with a towel; BioThane® does not absorb water and is ready to wear immediately!

FAQ
Is this collar really smell-proof?
Yes! Because BioThane® is non-porous, it cannot absorb water, sweat, or bacteria. Any surface smells can be wiped off instantly with soap and water.
Is it safe for dogs that swim in the ocean?
Absolutely. BioThane® is salt-water resistant. We recommend a quick fresh-water rinse after beach trips to keep the hardware looking its best.
Is 3/4" too thin for a large dog?
While BioThane® is incredibly strong, the 3/4" width is best suited for small to medium breeds. For very large, powerful pullers, we recommend a 1" width for added neck support.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
