Cleaning & Maintenance

- Hand Wash: To keep the rope fresh, hand wash in cold water with a mild, pet-safe soap.
- Drying: Air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can shrink the cotton fibers and cause the rope to become brittle.
- Safety First: This is an interactive toy, not a chew toy. Supervise your pet during play and remove the rope if it begins to fray or break apart.

FAQ
Is this rope safe for puppies?
Yes, the soft cotton blend is gentle on developing teeth and gums. However, we always recommend light tugging rather than intense pulling for puppies until their adult teeth are fully set.
Can my dog chew on this while I'm away?
We recommend this toy for interactive play only. It is not designed to be a "long-term" chew toy, and unsupervised dogs may attempt to ingest the rope fibers if left to chew on it for hours.
Will it fit in a standard gear bag?
Absolutely! The 11-inch size is compact and flexible, making it very easy to tuck into a pocket or travel bag for outings.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
