How to Use
- Secure Clip: Attach the carabiner to your dog's harness or collar and twist the locking sleeve for maximum security.
- Grip: Hold the padded handle comfortably and maintain a safe distance during walks.
- Night Prep: Simply walk under any street light or headlights to see the full reflective power in action!
- Go for a walk and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe the leash with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and keep the reflective material clear.
- Deep Clean: Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent if the leash becomes heavily soiled.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can damage the reflective coating.
- Safety First: Regularly check the carabiner for smooth operation and inspect the webbing for any signs of fraying.

FAQ
Does the reflective material wear off?
Our reflective coating is designed for durability; however, like all safety gear, it's best to keep it clean and avoid abrasive surfaces to maintain the brightest glow.
Is this leash suitable for large dogs?
Yes! The high-tensile webbing and safety carabiner are built to handle the pull of larger breeds, while the padded handle makes it comfortable for the owner.
Is the carabiner easy to use?
Absolutely. It’s a standard safety carabiner—simply clip it on and twist the lock. It’s quick enough for daily use but secure enough for mountain trails.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
