How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
To ensure your pup is comfortable and secure, please take these three key measurements using a soft tape measure:
- Back Measurement: This is the most important! Measure from the base of the neck (between the withers) to the base of the tail.
- Belt (Chest) Measurement: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog’s chest. The chart reflects the maximum adjustment available.
- Neckline Measurement: Measure around the neck where a collar typically sits. Ensure it is not too tight.

How to Wear
- Over the Head: Slip the jacket over your dog's head and adjust the neckline toggles.
- Secure the Belly: Fasten the adjustable waist strap for a snug, secure fit.
- Tailor the Length: Use the hidden adjustment inside the back of the jacket to perfect the length for your dog's tail position.
- Go for a snow-day and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe away mud or salt with a damp cloth to keep the reflective shell shining bright.
- Machine Wash: Wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Turn the jacket inside out before washing to protect the reflective surface.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Safety First: Regularly check the toggles and zippers for smooth operation.

Is this jacket truly waterproof?
Yes! The fabric is waterproof and the main seams are taped to ensure your dog stays dry during rain, sleet, or heavy snow.
Does the reflective coating wear off over time?
Paikka uses high-quality reflective technology designed for durability. To keep it bright, we recommend following the care instructions carefully and avoiding harsh detergents.
How do I know if it will fit my breed?
With three different adjustment points (neck, waist, and length), this jacket is one of the most versatile on the market and can be tailored to fit most body types from deep-chested breeds to long-bodied pups.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
