How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
To ensure your pup is comfortable and secure, please take these three key measurements using a soft tape measure:
- Back Measurement: This is the most important! Measure from the base of the neck (between the withers) to the base of the tail.
- Belt (Chest) Measurement: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog’s chest. The chart reflects the maximum adjustment available.
- Neckline Measurement: Measure around the neck where a collar typically sits. Ensure it is not too tight.

How to Wear
- Slip On: Pull the coat over your dog’s head and adjust the neck toggles.
- Secure: Fasten the adjustable waist belt around the chest for a secure fit.
- Customize: Use the internal drawstring to shorten the back length if needed for a tailored look.
- Go for a splash and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove mud or salt and keep the reflective surface shining.
- Machine Wash: Wash on a gentle, cold cycle (30°C). Turn the coat inside out and use a laundry bag to protect the reflective shell.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not use bleach.
- Safety First: Regularly check that the adjustment toggles are secure and the zipper is clear of debris.

FAQ
Is this coat suitable for winter?
The "Lite" version is designed for rain and wind in warmer temperatures. If you need a winter-ready option, we recommend the Paikka Visibility Winter Jacket which includes Thinsulate™ insulation.
Will the reflective coating scratch?
Our reflective material is high-quality and durable; however, we recommend avoiding rough thorny bushes and following the "inside-out" wash instructions to keep it looking pristine.
Is it 100% waterproof?
Yes! The fabric is waterproof and the main seams are taped, meaning your dog will stay dry even during a steady downpour.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
