Care Instructions & Materials
How to Use
- Placement: Set the bed in your cat’s favorite sun-drenched corner or a quiet spot where they love to hide.
- Introduction: Gently rub the fabric to “reactivate” the catnip scent and watch your cat discover their new favorite spot.
- Recharge: Every few months, you can sprinkle a little fresh catnip on the surface to keep the interest high.
- Go for a purr and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Give the bed a quick shake to remove loose fur and maintain its fluffiness.
- Hand Wash Recommended: To preserve the catnip infusion, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or a gentle hand wash in cold water.
- Drying: Air dry only. High heat from a dryer can diminish the catnip scent over time.
- Safety First: Regularly check for any signs of wear and replace if the bolster becomes flattened or the fabric is torn.

FAQ
Will the catnip scent disappear?
The infusion is designed to be long-lasting; however, like any scent, it will fade over time. You can easily “recharge” the bed by rubbing it with fresh catnip or using a catnip spray.
Is this bed suitable for large cats?
This bed is ideal for most domestic cat sizes. If you have a very large breed (like a Maine Coon), they might find it a bit snug, but most cats enjoy the “nest-like” feeling of a tighter fit!
Is it safe for kittens?
Absolutely! The materials are non-toxic and the catnip levels are safe. Just keep in mind that some kittens don’t develop a reaction to catnip until they are about 6 months old.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
