How to Use
- Placement: Place on a flat, dry surface. The weight of the wood will keep it secure.
- Feeding: Use for dry kibble or fresh water.
- Dining: Enjoy a beautiful, noise-free mealtime experience!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Wipe the interior metal surface with a damp cloth and mild dish soap after each use.
- Wood Care: Wipe the wooden ring with a damp cloth; do not submerge the wood in water or place it in the dishwasher, as this may damage the natural finish.
- Polish: Occasionally use a dry microfiber cloth to buff the metal paw print plate to maintain its boutique shine.

FAQ
Is the wooden bowl dishwasher safe?
No. To preserve the beauty and integrity of the natural wood, this bowl should be hand-washed only. Do not soak the wooden ring in water.
Does the metal bowl come out of the wood?
This design features a seamless integration of wood and metal for maximum stability and a high-end look. We recommend wiping the interior clean with a damp cloth.
Will the wood rot if I use it for water?
The wood is finished with a pet-safe water-resistant coating; however, we recommend wiping up any spills on the wooden ring promptly to maintain its long-term durability.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
