Care Instructions & Materials
How to Use
- Interactive Tug: Hold one end of the toy firmly and allow your dog to grip the middle or opposite end for a game of tug.
- Retrieval: Use the length of the toy to launch it like a baton for your dog to chase and fetch.
- Supervised Play: Always monitor your dog to ensure they are tugging safely and not attempting to ingest the fibers.
- Go for an adventure and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Shake out the toy after use to remove loose hair and dirt.
- Deep Clean: Hand wash with cold water and a mild, pet-safe detergent. Rinse thoroughly to ensure no soap residue remains in the fibers.
- Air Dry Only: Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine dry, as high heat can weaken the industrial fibers.

FAQ
Is this toy suitable for aggressive chewers?
This toy is designed specifically for interactive tugging. While it is very durable, we recommend it for supervised tug-of-war rather than as a solo "chew-all-day" toy.
Will the rope fray over time?
All fiber toys will eventually show wear with heavy use, but our high-density braiding is engineered to resist shredding and keep the core intact much longer than standard ropes.
Can this toy be used for multiple dogs?
Yes! The 16-inch length makes it an excellent choice for two dogs to play tug-of-war with each other.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
