Cleaning & Maintenance

- Washing: Hand wash the rubber bone with warm, soapy water. For the rope, rinse with fresh water and hang to dry completely to maintain the integrity of the jute fibers.
- Check for Safety: Regularly inspect the rope for heavy fraying; trim loose strands or replace the toy if the rope becomes significantly weakened.

FAQ
Is jute rope safe for dogs?
Yes, jute is a natural plant fiber. Unlike synthetic ropes, if a small piece is accidentally swallowed, it is biodegradable and much less likely to cause a blockage.
Can this toy be used in the water?
While the rubber bone floats, the jute rope will absorb water and become heavy. We recommend using it primarily for land-based play to prevent the rope from getting waterlogged.
Is this toy suitable for aggressive chewers?
The rubber bone is very durable, but the jute rope is designed for tugging. If your dog is a "power chewer" who focuses on shredding fabric, we recommend supervising play to ensure the rope stays intact.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
