How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
Finding the right size is easy! All you need is a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Follow these steps to ensure your pup's new gear fits comfortably:
- Girth: Measure around the widest part of your pup's chest, typically right behind the front legs.
- Weight: Having an accurate weight for your pet helps confirm they fall within the recommended range for their size.

How to Wear & Fit
- Put On: Gently slide your dog's head through the neck opening, then guide their front legs through the arm openings.
- Adjust: Smooth the fleece along the back toward the tail. The stretch will naturally conform to their body.
- Layering: In extreme cold, use this as a base layer underneath a waterproof harness or winter parka.
- Go for a stroll and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Use a lint roller to remove hair between washes.
- Machine Wash: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, which can reduce the breathability of the fleece.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. The high-performance material dries very quickly!
- Safety First: Regularly inspect the seams for any signs of wear to ensure a continued safe and snug fit.

FAQ
What if my dog is between sizes?
Because the fabric is so stretchy, these fleeces are very forgiving. If your dog is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a "performance" fit or sizing up for a more relaxed "pajama" feel.
Will it shrink in the wash?
No. When washed in cold water and dried on low heat, the Goldpaw Stretch Fleece maintains its shape and size perfectly for years of use.
Is this good for dogs with skin allergies?
Yes! The smooth, breathable fibers are much less irritating than wool or rough synthetics, making it a top recommendation for dogs with sensitive skin or alopecia.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
