How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
All you need is a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Here is how to find the perfect fit for your pup:
- Girth: Measure the widest part of your pup’s chest, just behind the front legs.
- Length: Measure from the base of the neck (below where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Neck: This is optional for most styles, but helpful if your beloved one has a particularly thick or slim neck.

Is the Portland Pullover really waterproof?
The high-tech soft-shell back panel provides a waterproof and windproof barrier that shrugs off light to moderate rain and wet weather. For longer downpours or heavy precipitation, the pullover keeps your furkid dry where the panel covers—pawfect for everyday wet-weather walks.
Is the waterproof coating safe for my dog?
Absolutely! The waterproof coating is non-toxic, free from “forever chemicals” (PFAS), and made with materials so safe Goldpaw compares them to a cloth diaper. The pullover is designed to be eco-friendly and gentle for pets and the planet.
How does the leash opening at the collar work?
A reinforced opening near the collar lets you clip your leash directly onto a harness or collar worn underneath the pullover. No need to take the jacket off for walkies—just thread, clip, and go.
Can I machine wash the Portland Pullover?
Yes! Machine wash warm or cold (no bleach or fabric softener—softeners can pill synthetic fabrics), then tumble dry low or hang to dry. The pullover is built for everyday use and easy care.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
