Finding the perfect fit for your pup is a simple two-step process:
- Measure the Girth: Use a soft measuring tape or piece of string to measure around the widest part of your dog's ribcage.
- Check the Weight: From the sizes that match your dog's girth, choose the one that aligns closest with their weight range.

How does it help with cooling?
The jersey material acts as wearable shade, reflecting heat away from the fur. When used wet, the fabric facilitates evaporative cooling, keeping the dog's body temperature regulated in high heat.
Can this be worn all day?
Yes. The breathable, soft fabric is designed for extended wear, making it excellent for dogs with anxiety or those needing constant skin protection.
Is the UV protection permanent?
Yes. Unlike chemical treatments, the UPF-50 rating is a physical quality of the yarn, ensuring the safety level remains the same for the life of the garment.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
