How to Choose a Collar Size
To ensure a safe and comfortable fit, use a soft tape measure to find the circumference of your dog's neck where a collar typically sits. Match that measurement to the sizes below:

How to Fit
- Measure: Use a soft measuring tape around your dog's neck.
- Select Size: Choose the size that allows for the "two-finger" rule (you should fit two fingers between the collar and neck).
- Walking Note: Please note that sizes L, XL, and XXL are designed **for tag display and show only**, and should not be used with a leash for walking.
- Go for a stroll and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Wipe the pleather and crystals with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to restore shine.
- Avoid Submersion: To keep the bling and pleather in top condition, do not wear this collar during swimming or heavy rain.
- Polishing: If the crystals look dull, a dry soft-bristled toothbrush can gently remove any dust from between the rows.
- Safety First: Regularly check the buckle for security and ensure the collar isn't too tight as your pet grows.

FAQ
Can I attach a leash to the larger sizes?
For sizes L through XXL, we recommend these be used for "Show Only" or to display ID tags. They are not intended for use as a primary walking collar for heavy pullers.
Are the crystals real?
We use high-quality, lead-free shimmer accents designed to mimic the clarity and sparkle of fine jewelry while remaining safe for pet wear.
Will the pleather crack?
Our premium pleather is designed to stay flexible and soft. To prevent cracking over the long term, avoid leaving the collar in direct sunlight for extended periods when not in use.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
