Cleaning & Maintenance
- Daily Care: Rinse under warm water to remove any remaining food particles.
- Dishwasher Safe: This mat is top-rack dishwasher safe! We recommend a cycle after every use to maintain a bacteria-free surface.
- Microwave & Oven Safe: Feel free to warm up treats or bake directly on the silicone.

FAQ
Will it move around on my tile floors?
No, the silicone material has natural non-slip properties that provide a secure grip on most hard surfaces, keeping it in place even for enthusiastic lickers.
Is it hard to clean the grooves?
Not at all! Since it is dishwasher safe, the machine does most of the work. For hand-washing, a simple soak in warm soapy water followed by a quick brush will clear out any residue.
Shipping & Returns
All in stock orders placed before 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. If there are shipping disruptions, this information will be posted on the terms and conditions section of the checkout.
Orders do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays, they will ship the next business day.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified no later than 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST. We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations but we cannot guarantee these requests after this time.
*Please note: with any courier, if there is a delay in expedited shipping, refunds are issued based on the courier granting the credit. This can take up to 4-6 weeks for a case to close for credit.
