How to Use
- Spread: Apply a high-value spreadable treat (like Bark Bistro Buddy Budder) over the textured surface.
- Serve: Place the mat on a flat surface or suction it to a wall (if using a suction model).
- Freeze: For a longer challenge, pop the spread mat in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
- Go for a lick and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Routine Care: Rinse under warm water immediately after use to prevent food from drying in the grooves.
- Deep Clean: Hand wash with a soft brush and mild, pet-safe soap.
- No Chew Zone: This is an enrichment tool, not a chew toy. Supervise your pet and remove the mat once the food is gone to prevent chewing.

FAQ
Is this mat dishwasher safe?
While some models are, we generally recommend hand-washing with a soft brush to ensure all food particles are removed from the deep grooves and to prolong the life of the material.
What is the best treat to use?
Anything spreadable! Peanut butter, plain Greek yogurt, mashed banana, canned pumpkin, or wet dog food are all excellent choices.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
