Feeding & Storage
Feeding Instructions: Feed 1–4 paws per day as a treat, depending on your dog’s size and activity level.
Treats should comprise no more than 10% of your dog’s daily caloric intake. Ensure fresh water is available.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 7 days of thawing.
FAQ
Is spinach good for dogs? Is kale?
Yes, spinach can be healthy for most dogs to eat in small amounts. It contains helpful vitamins like A, B, C, and K, plus iron and fibre. However, do not feed excessive amounts, and always keep it as a treat (less than 10% of your pup’s daily caloric intake).
The same applies to kale, except if feeding kale, be sure to remove the rough stems. It is better to use a prepared kale product, such as NHV’s Peanut Butter and Greens PawYogi smoothie.
Can the PawYogi Smoothies be shipped to me?
The PawYogi Smoothies, including our Peanut Butter and Greens option, are a frozen product that cannot be shipped. However, you can order it for pickup from our local boutique location in Vancouver, BC, or have it delivered by Uber Eats.
Can pets eat goat yogurt? Is it good for them?
Yes, pets can eat goat yogurt. It is often easier to digest than cow’s dairy due to its smaller fat molecules and lower lactose content, and it provides probiotics that can support gut health. However, be sure not to give your pet yogurt containing toxic artificial sweeteners like xylitol. Stick to pet-safe treats, like PawYogi smoothies.
