Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our
warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from
the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over
$100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be
deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported
within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect
product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
