Care Instructions & Materials

How to Use

Attach: Thread the loop around your leash handle or D-ring and secure it.
Load: Twist off the cap, insert a fresh roll of GreenLine bags, and thread the first bag through the opening.
Secure: Twist the cap back on until it clicks into place.
Go for a walk and have fun!

Cleaning & Maintenance

Routine Care: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt or mud.
Deep Clean: Periodically remove the bag roll and rinse the empty dispenser under warm water; air dry completely before reloading.
Safety First: Regularly check that the cap is screwed on tight to prevent losing rolls during off-leash play.

FAQ

Will this fit on my retractable leash?

Yes! The flexible loop is designed to wrap around the handle of most retractable leashes as well as standard flat nylon or rope leashes.

Does it come with bags?

This is for the dispenser only; however, it is designed specifically to fit our GreenLine compostable bag rolls perfectly.

Is the cap secure enough for hiking?

Absolutely. We used a reinforced threaded design so the cap won't pop off, even if you’re jogging or hiking through thick brush.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.

We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.

NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Details of refund for sealed items:

The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
