How to Use
- Load: Slide the roll into your favorite dispenser or pocket.
- Dispense: Pull one bag and tear along the perforated line.
- Pick Up: Invert the bag over your hand, grab the waste, and pull the bag right-side out.
- Tie & Dispose: Knot the top securely and place in a designated waste bin or compost (where pet waste is accepted).
Storage & Sustainability
- Storage: Store rolls in a cool, dry place. Because these are biodegradable, exposure to excessive heat or moisture over long periods can start the breakdown process.
- Shelf Life: For best performance, use bags within 12 months of purchase.
- Disposal: While compostable, always check your local regulations regarding the disposal of pet waste to ensure you are following community guidelines.
FAQ
Are these bags scent-free?
Yes! We choose to keep our bags scent-free to avoid using synthetic fragrances that can be irritating to dogs with sensitive noses or owners with allergies.
Will they fit in my standard leash dispenser?
Absolutely. We’ve designed these rolls to meet universal standards, so they fit 99% of the dispensers currently on the market.

At NHV Natural Pet Products, we are confident that you will be satisfied with our high-quality herbal supplements. As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.
All returns require an authorization number for processing. For the authorization number email: returns@nhvnaturalpetproducts.com
For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
