How to Measure Your Dog for the Perfect Fit
To ensure your pup is comfortable and the puffer fabric sits correctly, use a soft measuring tape and follow these three steps:
- Length: Measure from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Chest: Measure the widest part of your dog's ribcage, typically right behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement.
- Neck: Measure the circumference of the neck where a collar would naturally rest.

FAQ
Is this coat fully waterproof?
It is water-repellent, meaning it will keep your dog dry during light to moderate rain and snow. It is not designed for heavy downpours or swimming.
How does the "Pack-N-Go" feature work?
The coat features a small integrated pocket on the back. You simply fold the coat into itself, making it easy to store in a backpack or clip to a leash.
Can I use this with a harness?
Yes, the lightweight design allows you to easily fit a harness over the coat, or use a collar underneath.
Does the coat provide enough warmth for winter?
It is a lightweight puffer designed for movement. It provides excellent wind protection and insulation for active dogs, but may require an extra layer for extremely sedentary dogs in sub-zero temperatures.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
