How to Choose a Size
To ensure your pup stays cozy and comfortable, please take these three key measurements using a soft tape measure:
- Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to find the best body coverage.
- Chest: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your dog’s ribcage.
- Neck: Measure around the neck where a collar typically sits.

Can I use this with a harness?
Yes! This sweater is flexible enough to be worn under most harnesses, or you can place the harness over the sweater.
Does the turtleneck fold down?
Yes, the turtleneck is designed to be folded back for a classic look or left up for extra neck protection on windy days.
Is it machine washable?
To keep the wool looking its best and to prevent shrinking, we highly recommend hand washing in cold water and laying it flat to dry.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
