How to Use

Select Collar: Choose your pet’s favorite flat collar.
Slide On: Thread the collar through the two elastic loops on the back of the bow tie.
Position: Slide the bow tie to the front (under the chin) for a formal look, or to the side for a jaunty style.
Go for a stroll and have fun!

Cleaning & Maintenance

Routine Care: Remove the bow tie before heavy play or mud sessions to keep it looking crisp.
Hand Wash: Spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent.

No, this is an accessory designed to slide onto your pet’s existing collar. This allows you to mix and match patterns with different collars!

What if my dog is a very active player?

The double-loop design is very secure; however, for safety, we always recommend removing accessories during unsupervised play or trips through heavy brush.

Shipping & Returns

All in stock orders placed before 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST will be shipped the same business day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. If there are shipping disruptions, this information will be posted on the terms and conditions section of the checkout.

Orders do not ship on weekends and statutory holidays, they will ship the next business day.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified no later than 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. PST. We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations but we cannot guarantee these requests after this time.

*Please note: with any courier, if there is a delay in expedited shipping, refunds are issued based on the courier granting the credit. This can take up to 4-6 weeks for a case to close for credit.
