Good to know before you visit

Can my furkiddo roam free?+

They sure can. The photo zone is a safe, enclosed space, so no leash or carrier needed once you're inside. Bring one for the walk in and we'll take it from there.

Can I bring my kitty?+

Absolutely, every furkiddo is welcome. Pop a note in your booking and we'll keep the room calm and dog-free for your session.

Running late or need to reschedule?+

No worries at all. Use the link in your confirmation email to pick a new time, free of charge. We just ask for at least 48 hours' notice so another furriend can take your spot.

What if it's a rainy day?+

Our pumpkin patch is cosy and indoors, so Vancouver drizzle won't spoil a thing. Muddy paws are welcome, we have towels.

How do we get our photo?+

We'll send your little one's photo gallery by email within 3 business days. Tag #NHVPumpkinPawtraits when you share it. We love showing off your furkiddos.

How does the treat discount work?+

Just show your photo at the till on the day of your shoot for 10% off PawYogi Smoothie Blends. In store, same day. An easy little reward.
