How to Use

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Machine Washable: Place the toy in a mesh laundry bag and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Drying: Air dry only. Lay flat in a well-ventilated area. Do not machine dry, as high heat can damage the internal squeaker and shrink the hand-knitted fibers.
- Safety First: This is an interactive toy. Regularly inspect the crochet weave for any loose threads or signs of wear; remove the toy if the internal squeaker becomes exposed.

FAQ
Is this toy okay for aggressive chewers?
While the crochet weave is much tougher than standard plush, it is still a soft toy. We recommend it for supervised fetch and carrying rather than as a solo "chew-all-day" toy for heavy chewers.
Does the squeaker last long?
Yes! We use industrial-strength squeakers that are designed to withstand significantly more pressure than standard toy squeakers, ensuring a longer life for your pup's favorite sounds.
Are the colors safe?
Absolutely. All yarns used in Oomaloo toys are non-toxic and lead-free, ensuring they are perfectly safe for your dog to have in their mouth.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
