Feeding & Storage
Feeding Instructions: Add 1–2 tablespoons per meal as a topper to enhance flavor and provide additional nutrients. This product is intended for supplemental feeding alongside a balanced diet.
Storage Instructions: Keep Frozen. Thaw completely in the refrigerator before serving. For best results, warm slightly before adding to your pet's meal.

We use high-quality produce that may be slightly imperfect in shape or size for human retail but is nutritionally perfect for pets, helping reduce food waste while providing top-tier vitamins.
Is Turkey better for pets with allergies?
Yes. Turkey is considered a "novel protein" for many pets who have developed sensitivities to beef or chicken, making it less likely to trigger skin or stomach irritations.
How long can this stay in the freezer?
For maximum freshness, we recommend using the stew within 6 months of the production date while frozen. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 3–5 days.

As our products are natural herbal remedies, they take time to make a difference in your pet’s health. Herbal supplements are meant to support and help the body function better, and being pure plant extracts, they need time to make a difference. Please note that supplements are not intended to treat disease or ailments and are meant to support the body.
We will happily credit your account for any sealed items. Please note that opened/ used items are not eligible for a refund.
NOTE: International orders, outside of USA and Canada, are not covered in the return policy and are therefore nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Details of refund for sealed items:
- The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse.
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
