How to Use
- Secure Connection: Firmly attach the metal bolt snap to your dog’s collar or harness D-ring.
- Check Hardware: Before each walk, ensure the bolt snap mechanism is free of debris and functioning smoothly.
- Go for an adventure and have fun!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Spot Clean: We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap for minor dirt.
- Deep Clean: Hand wash in cold water. Avoid bleach as it may weaken the cotton fibers.
- Drying: Lay flat to air dry. Avoid machine drying to prevent the rope from shrinking or fraying.
- Hardware: If exposed to salt water, rinse the metal snap thoroughly with fresh water to prevent corrosion.

FAQ
Is the rope leash chew-proof?
While cotton rope is very strong, it is not chew-proof. It is designed for walking; persistent chewing can break down the fibers over time.
How long is this leash?
This leash measures 5 feet (60 inches) in length, which is the standard size for most neighborhood walks.
Can I wash this leash in the machine?
We recommend hand washing. A machine cycle can be quite aggressive for the rope and hardware; hand washing ensures it stays looking new for longer.
Shipping & Returns
All apparel and accessories sold in our Vancouver Boutique and on our website are curated with love. We carefully select brands that value natural materials, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because of that, we are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of everything we carry.
However, if something is not exactly what you were looking for, we are more than happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery date, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused, and with tags still attached.
Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of blankets, toys, or individual poop bag rolls.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
- Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 14 days of the date of purchase for apparel:
- Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
- Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
- Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
- Items on sale or promotion are considered final sale.
