Eyebright - This herb has a long history of use. It has been studied for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Owing to these applications, herbalists often choose eyebright for those with hay fever, sinusitis, infections, and inflamed mucous membranes. Because it is also an astringent herbs, it may be used for dry congestion. Holistic pet health practitioners consider eyebright helpful for irritated noses, itchy eyes, and seasonal allergies in dogs. 

Ginger - Not just popular as a cooking ingredient, the humble ginger root has many beneficial properties in wellness. For instance, it has been popularly used for upset stomach and nausea. Studies suggest that this pungent plant contains many antioxidants and anti-inflammatories.

Feverfew - The feverfew plant originates from Eastern Europe, where it is traditionally used for migraines. Now, research suggests that feverfew may attenuate the release of histamine. This herb is often thought of as a natural alternative to aspirin, which can be toxic to cats. 

European Golden Rod - May help allergies in pets thanks to its anti-inflammatory, anticatarrhal, and antioxidant properties. It may increase blood flow to the kidneys and promote anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It helps increase renal blood flow and the rate at which they filter waste without causing a loss of minerals. 

Echinacea - Research has suggested that echinacea may stimulate the immune system. When used as an herbal remedy, it may help the body as it defends itself against infections. Additionally, it can play a supportive role for the lymph system, helping to flush waste from the tissues.

To be taken twice daily. Determine your pet’s weight and then use the easy chart below to determine the correct dose. This is the minimum dosage.

Pet's Weight Dosage

0 - 15 lb = 0.5 ml

16 - 30 lb = 1.0 ml

31 - 45 lb = 1.5 ml

46 - 60 lb = 2.0 ml

61 - 75 lb = 2.5 ml

Over 75 lb = 3.0 ml

How to Administer: Shake well before use. The easiest method is to use the dropper provided and place the drops into your pet’s food or favorite treat. You can also use the dropper and squirt directly into the pet’s mouth. Some pets can be finicky, if this occurs consider hiding the drops in foods most pet’s love such as fish, chicken, yogurt, or a favorite treat. If your pet only eats dry food then soak a few kibbles at feeding time.

Herbal dietary supplements are beneficial to the health and well-being of your pet and are safe for long-term use. Every pet responds to natural herbal supplements differently, therefore it is important to be consistent and administer the product daily. Supplements generally take two to four weeks to take effect, however this will vary from one animal to the next.

Product Storage
All NHV Natural Pet Products are pure herbal extracts and contain no artificial additives, preservatives, or coloring. Shelf life after opening is 6 months and must be refrigerated after opening.

Cautions and Contraindications
Do not use Alge-Ex in pregnant or nursing animals.

Speak to your vet before using our products. A second visit is recommended if your pet’s condition does not improve, or deteriorates after continued use of the supplements.

Details of refund for sealed items:

• The full purchase price (minus shipping costs and 15% restocking) when your product arrives at our warehouse. 
• We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 60 days from the purchase date. 
• Shipping charges are also non-refundable. Please note that we offer free shipping on orders over $100; if a product is being returned, this does not apply and a $14.99 shipping fee will be deducted.
• Any requests for refund/replacement of damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product and supported with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product as well as shipping box or refund/replacement will not be issued.

For a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fees), please complete the following within 60 days of the date of purchase. 

• Obtain your authorization number and note this number on your invoice and on the outside of the shipping box.
• Return the product within 14 days of the issuance of your Return Authorization number.
• Mail all sealed products with a copy of the invoice.
